its been a long time since my last post ,alot of new update and i kept it to myself lol .theres alot of up and down recently .now im starting off from scratch .in my new place i met variety of friend some of then can be toleratee and some of them they are beyond the limit .so most of u all must know how to choose a suitable friends or else u will be doomed .i met lot of cool people ,they are very kind ,and some of them are truely awesome ,eventhou four month have passed in my new home ,but still that 4 month duration ,i have learned alot from it .now im having my 1 month sem break ,but my post showed that i have only 10 days left before im back to my second home .but still 1 month of holiday im clueless of not knowing what to do .and i miss my old friend badly ,i will set a meet up whenever most of u are free .still i felt fortunate because the place where im studying is located not far from home ,the journey only took one hour plus ,compared to my other friends where they stayed far from university and some of them can reach up to 7 hours ,alhamdulilah ,and thanks to all my new friend who are kind enough to be friend with me .thank you .so whereever u go everything comes in handy when u know how to handle with to situation .insyallah

is juz an ordinary day like i used to .but i did noticed something part of my life missing and i keep thinking about the past .the memories of the past .yet i did feel abit confuse when thinking about loan .the IF factor keep entering in and out of my mind .what if i wont be able to get loan for my studies .hermm ,this thing really makes me stressed up . Monday i wont be able to enter class ,coz i will be helping my bro for his final year project maybe for 1 or 2 days .and i hope everything will be just fine ,especially for my curriculum aka sport management .

first day in my form 6 time ,i was damn shy becoz suddenly mix with girls ,because its been 5 years im in high school and i never seen a girl ,wether they exist or not in this school haha ,anyway the first day i entered the class whcih is near the blok kamil but its only 1 floor .so the first thing i do is to find a place to sit ,1 week of orientation whch bored me to death haha .finally i booked my place which is the front line near the entrance .me and my high school mates chop alredi the place also a hig school boy ,mr viroshan to be exact .during that time i have low self esteem ,whereby i do not speak to others ,and mind my own bisness chitchating with viro .theres one day i absent myself and viro have to sit alone and when i came back the other day ,my place have alredi gone whereby some other girl which is ranjethaa and lim koi fit took my place .i was abit sad becoz iwas place at the back the excuse they give ,they want to sit in front becoz they have a eye dysfunction aka short sighted .hermm for me i dont like to argue with them ,juz arghh feel a bit sad becoz i alredi chop the place ok haha ,now theres no more .day by day i start to talk to my classmates and the feeling of being ignored is being reduce everyday .and now i have gain my confident to talk to girls .becoz thoose it was a whole new world for me .and one thing in my class my species which is malay were reduced at the first month of form 6 most of them went to matrix lah ,poli lah and change stream ,maybe they get influenced by LLC ,which the most favorite quotes she say ,is CHANGE UR STREAM haha .then i started to realised her lecture is actually a fact that ,science stream is really hard if without commitment and willingness to know something .during my form 6 time .i dont know how ,but i usually socialize to all the stream ,event arts or physic .some of them were cool and some of them were act cool .for me high this is memory and im history lol .i meet alot of great people there and awesome .i wish i could stay there longger .but its alredi about 7 years i ve been staying there ,and now its time to go .goodbye highschool i will be missing my friends and most of them i will miss them and the school which have been part of my life .

it was at 2 am ,and me with 2 other my friends .riding back home .while reaching our destination .theres one honda civic which is yellow in color ,drive in ful speed .my friends give the driver to use the right lane ,and then we move to right lane back .but sadly the car still in front of us taigateing the front car with high speed .and the break does not grip to much .a spark of fire can be seen on the right and left tyre .suddenly the car bang the front car ,and me nearly crash and my car loss control and spin towards divider .,and one other car bang my car and makes the thing worst .spin spin 2 or three times and it stop at the middle of the road at jalan duta .i was really lucky beco look at the car condition it was badly damage and alot of oil and water spill from the car .luckily again the car didnt cought into fire.thank u god

a biz trip to melaaka

heading to melaka mainly becoz my bro got a job which is to supply man power for petronas .the journey start with bunch of my bro staff and me .took me about 2 hours to get there .which is tanjung puteri and much more deeper which is tanjung kling .i wonder who give this name .by the time i reach there .the interview is still running smoothly .becoz of insufficient staff .ive been told my my brother to swap the place .hehe .im a good interviewer .huhu .alot of diffrent people i met .some of them i feel sympathize and sorry for him .he dont have any phone number for reference .but stil searching for his friend phone number for reference .and 1 more lenchai .he came all the way from raub pahang juz for this job .and u knoe what he bring all his luggage expect that he will get the job immediately .so i feel sympathy to him becoz he looks like not the rich type .came all the way buy buss .and he looks too naive .my bro and all the staff tries to help maybe to get him place .becoz of miscomunication the datuk want to help him by giving the place to stay until 14 of april .which the work will be immediete on that day .the lenchai sit at the back .while the front sit is left empty .hahaha .what a joke .then my bro staff ask the boy to sit infront .then both of them make a move .sadly the boy ask the uncle to stop and he takes a buss and went back to raub pahang .woooo .i met alot of people by dong this .alot of diffrent people ,even i met a indian muslim which is really friendly .the name is antony george bin mohamad .cool name .he said his new to islam for only 5 month .hermm i dunno wether he is a conman or not .but looks like it huhu .so i interviewed alot of people that day about 50 people and really tired .tired of talking non stop .by that time finish with it .at 8 pm my bro alredi in kl ,me and my bro staff decided to go makan .seafood .malay seafood .the food was ok ,but then they duunno what taste best .for me if seafood i like japanese escargot cheese baked ,butter prawn ,fresh milk chicken .all of this must be chinese people make it .they cook this menu really the best .yum2 .but one thing about seafood ,i give 10 star to chinese seafood restaurant .yummy .by the time went back it was really like a monkey on the road .burning rubber at the highest peak .they drive like a formula one .haha all JMS Crew .JMS is the company that is newly created by my bro and others which consist of alot of thing .repair car wiring ,contrac stuff .and lots of thing ,and im abit confused with my brother involvement in the high profile game .coz alot of company and enterprise his into .hermm myabe biz plan .

last thursday ,i wake up quite late coz here in my bro house .i always sleep late and wake up late haha . by the time i wake up .no one in the house .so i waited and at 10am my bro reach home n call me to go with him to kedah for only tender process which i dont know about .so prepared and juz strraight go to kedah .kulim to be exact .by the time i reach there it was about 2 somthing .so my bro is in a rush .went to the company for some meeting and presentation .so i waited at the restaurant quite some time .then my bro reach the place n give a stress face .from his face i know somthing not going smoothly .he bring th project manager also .so discuss2 on how to get the project .it is mainly becoz he did not prepared for the presantion ,he thought it would be easy tender .but then alot of company send their company profile .so juz have to against many competitor for this 2 bilion project .now i know what he do .fuhhh being a bussinessman u have to run here n there for 1 tender .wahhh .i hope it is worth it .then after done with the project manager .the pm give secon chance which is on the next thursday ,friday and saturday .waahh .then my bro get going to see his partner .drive2 to sungai petani meet up at one restaurant there . so waited and she reach there bring his kid .im really surprice when his partner is kerabt diraja .and her soon name was given by sultan kedah itself .putera shazwan haikal .cool2 .done with biz chatting then straight chow to putera height .and sleep .haha by the time i reach here is on 4am .

hari in kuh bangun agak lewat .kerana tido pon lewat kol 3 pagi .balik2 rumah jer .ingatkan pintu lock yg buleh pakai kunci ,tapi malangnya ,semua lock telah digunakan so tak buleh nak masuk .then call my dad yg sedang tido .my dad turun bawah jer starigt kene marah adeiiii .then naik atas tukar costume then do my job which i know best haha ,tidoee yg nyenyak .kol 6 bangun sat buat bende yg patut buat then tidoqs balik .kol 9 pulak kawan call n masej cakap buleh datg tak umah .me tak reply .straight sambung the dreamland huhu .kol 12 baru lah lege tapi pening .mandi2 then reply sms .few minit leter my kawan pon datng ,tanya tentang poem bout frenship, tolerency ,respect n humility .tuh jer untuk masuk pertandingan .after that singgah metro kajang jap ,nak gi eli thumb drive .one kedai sell 4gig thumb drive for 48 bucks .then rasa macam agak mahal .tak sempat nak hasut my kawan supaya tak beli tapi sudah terlambat dia dah beli dah pon .lepas tuh nak try survey kat kedai lain pulak .tengok2 33 ringgit jerr .my frenz pon macam pucat jer muka tengok kene tipu 15 hinggit .huhu kesihan .then sy tanya dia ,nak gi refund balik tak .dia cakap buleh ,tapi ko yg cakap kan .hehe .me serbu jer lah .cakap ngan the untie .cakap2 non stop sampai dia pon fade up panggil bos lelaki untuk settle kan .so boss lelaki nih pon tak tahu nak cakap aper dia cakap kita sttlekan kat sini sahaja .dia bagi balik 15 ringgit and me terus cabot .nak tipu orang lagi padan muka .blacklist that kedai .hapeh betull .win and loose situation hoho .i talk non stop .dia cakap kenepa nak redund u cannot get back the money .u can change the items if it faulty .me mula2 cakap pasal tak puas hati dengan produk nih .after that dia cakap biler dah beli tak buleh refund .i cakap ballik is there any policy state that .dia tak tahu nak cakap aper terus cakap pasal parkson .if u buy anyhting in parkson u cannot get refund .haihh dia nak samakan ngan parkson pulak adeiii .moral of the story jangan tergesa2 membeli sesuatu .buat survey terlebih dahulu dan pilih barangan yg berpatutan dan bandingkan dengan kedai lain .

hari sabtu cuti ,ahad cuti ,n isnin cuti .but selasa dah start keje adeiii .tak bestnya .hari sabtu macam food marathon for me ,makan makan n makan non stop ,im unstopable now haha .coz ader kenduri sikit for my abang sedara engagement .cool .but the hantaran is way to much 15k for juz hantaran .adeiii .but after that go to my uncle house n eat again there .herrmmm ,my berat badan will increased tremendously lahh cam nihh .adeiii .best part is i used his DSLR camera .but i doon how to navigate sbb banyak giler button .n the flash is the awesome part .uses wireless woo .snap picture even the camera is not atach with the flash but still it function .then went back hangout with my buddy n tengok bunga api at bukit mewah .dekat gileww bunga api tuhh .macam kt depan mata jerr .best2 n bising haha .tomorow i will be attending my frenz nye farewell party .he will be going to australia soon and will be back for 5 years time haihhh .its a long period of time .sobs2 .

18th of january is my first day working there .it is located oposite the klcc tower .juz walk a little bit can already reach there .first day i met alot of frenz there .there is variety of characteristic .and they know how to create song to their frenz .eventhou i dont know the meaning i still juz sing along haha ,anyway they speak in tamil .i met alot of forigner which is friendly and nice to talk to .one of the foreigner is Cd from seanagul .he have been working there for 2 years and still he know how to treat junior pretty well .next one is Olu ,from nigeria ,he doing masters in university of nothingham .they said malaysia is a nice place to go in i promote malaysia abit to enhance the tourist to come over .but if u were in klcc .if u saw a forigner is a common accurance already .because their population keep increase and i was wonder ,is it malaysia or is in in europe .anyway some of them were freindly ,we juz have to make the first aproach to them ,if we didnt do so .they will assume that we are not friendly .okey basicly i work in singtel which is a singaporean company and the under Scicom .4 to 5 frenz of mine also work here in singtell ,but sadly they are in diffrent department ,sobs .im only with my classmates frenz that i knoe .which is viroshan .one thing bout going to kl .i never been to kl by my one .especially using public transport .first day it was reallly a blurry for me ,i dont how to use the vending machine .but third time i already get use to it and my dad let me use his touch and go ,which is easy for me juz touch and chow .huhu.eventhou my working place is in the middle of Kl but the expenses ther is quite cheap .especially for the food indulge .basic information bout the thing i do .i work as a call centre .dealing with singaporean which is well know for their vulgar words .somtimes i do feel scared how to talk fluently without the A sound .luckily i juz in training for one month .ive been there in 18th of januari till now which is 26 januari .which is 9th day already .i hope everything will be juz fine smooth and silky haha .but one thing my personality ,i dont talk to opposite sex too much ,its a rare for me .if i need to talk i will talk .if i dont want to do so .i juz keep silence .silence is the best thing to do if i want to avoid any misunderstanding and one thing i dont like someone accuse me because of his own trauble .buzz off if u do have so and i hate backstabberz .i met one frenz in my batch ,which is hidayat .he is a pilot and waiting for job from flight company .cool to have a pilot frenz .he juz finish grad from pasific sea acedamy which is in kelantan .cool frenz i met .

last monday me n my frenz ,viroshan went out to the playground ,talkin2 non stop suddenly hear somthing ,sound like something at the big tree ,but i cant see anything .i juz straight chow to my bike .then viroshan ask me to go to high skool for ghost hunting .its really one thing which somtimes scare me off .i dunno how it feels like to experiance it .im using the front road have to pass the security gourd first.but sadly the gourd told both of us not to enter .so i juz change topic and ask the gourd wether he did saw anything while he work there .suddenly alot of stry he told me .he did tell me theres one ex gourd saw somthing that looks like a burglar went inside .at 2am ,this gourd chase the thing ,but sadly theres no one there .one thing after that insiden he did become hysteria already ,his eyes were red in color and he run like mad people .after that insiden the gourd told that he did saw saomthing which is undescribe and maybe not belong to this world .one stry after another ,he told me about where he stay ,he did saw lembaga and etc .and around semenyih there got one graveyard which is islam graveyard ,he did saw one man wearing full uniform which is formal and one bombastic thing is the guy have no head .grrr horrorfying .and one insiden he did saw one girl wearing white holding one baby asking for lift ,the guy straight cabott ,kabushhh .all of sudden ,viroshan did told me about his dad .he says that got one uncalm soul inside his dead body for 40 years .the story all started when he went to hutan near university malaya ,where thoose days got alot of forest .on that day his dad change becoz the thing keep disturbing him .the pal where i lepak which i dunno that his dad interfere with it .His dad studying in victoria institute where thoose days its really hard to get there .and his doing form 6 and went to india to do mbbs .but sadly the thing happen before he goes to mbbs ,went lepak with frenz and go to the hutan which change his life forever .while his dad in mbbs india he cant stay calm and run out of class ,really pitty for his dad ,sob2 ,one mistake that he did ,have change his life forever .im afraid it was a saka which is being thrown by unresponsible people to the forest .pitty his dad kene this .he went alot of place to heal this illness .but sadly it juz a temporily relive which juz for a while and the thing came back to him .he went to darul shifah ,orang asli ,imam .all of this didnt have any effect at all ,really really pitty for him ,thats y somtime his dad look sad ,maybe still flash back time on previous mistake he done .Now im afraid to go to viroshan house at late night .that day after done chitchating with the gourd i did feel one kind ,even i wanna go home also i feel afraid .the gourd also kene hempap while he sleep ,he cant breathe and cant talk .he can see but cannot move .i heard this story from my frenz ,she did also interfere with it .i think ive been also encaounter with it ,feels suffoacate and cant breathe it was when i was little ,i cant remember but have been experiance it .i heard that the gourd says when maghrib time dont go out got some malay term as lingkasan .they said when the thing langar u ,u will womit2 and somting will become crazie ,that frigtening .got alot of pantang larang even when u are in gunung .u have to take care of the pantang larang .i heard that from the gourd who experiance it ,they said hr did piss on the tree thoose days where pudu raya not well develop .after that night he sleeps and suddenly he feels like somone strongly slap hi ear with a strong force.he wake up maki hamun and did not see anyone who are awake .he did flash back the thing that he did one that day and spot the piss thing were might the couse .after that day ,he swear dont piss merata 2 n have to ask keizinin first .thats all i heard and thanks for the read .:)

4 days of working experiance

its been one day that me n my frnz went to petronas infron of giant .went there n ask for the form to fill in .so i take the borang n send it on the next day .next day the boss say there will be interview on 12pm .so my dad sent there n i had my first interview .went back and sleep .after for a while someone did call me up and say that i can start working tomorow .so im abit excited for the first work i get .as a cashier and multitasking .the first day of work i did all the thing which the boss a bit angry with .one of it is the shortage of money .first day .they expect i can work like im already used to it .their perception were wrong n i did wrongly pressing the button .as a cashier theres alot of thing need to be remembered .if the money is in a shortage amount .im the one who can be balmed and my salary will cut2 .till no salary to be given .damn dirty trick to play with .anyway one the secondd day i get the hang of it .i do it nicely n smoothly .alot of people came one that day .i did panic a bit .but i get used to it .even theres one person want to pump oil for 100 ringgit but give me 1 ringit note till 100 ringgit .its really kindda leceh to do .with alot of people crowding me .but one thing for sure ,while working i can cuci mata watching all variety of chicks .haha .on the second day i did interfere one chinese guy .he ask me are u chinese .i replied to him ,im mix ,my mom chinese n my dad malay hoho .he did nodding his head and buzz of from that area .alot of difrent people im dealing with .another phenomena is one guy wearing baju batik ask me for direction to hulu langat . i did tell him the road ,n i made short guess ,nak pergi kenduri kahwin ker ,he replied ader orang meningal ,i senyap then terus layan customer lain and i did say sorry to him .

kindda late to update hihi sorry .my dad juz turned 58 years old ,he was born on 23 of disember 1951 at kulim kedah .my dad from utara n my mom from johor which is from timur .i really apreciate that i have the coolest dad in the worl ,thanks god .my dad he works hard eventhough have gone through pansion life ,but still he tries to find job to still able to support his familly .i really admire his style in handling situation ,not too rush in making decision n not to strict with their children .he have his own way in handling them .not using cane as weapon to stricten their children ,but his behaviour also influnce the way his children develops .i really admire him .i hope i can be like him or mybe better than him .thats my wish :) happy birthday dad ,shall u had enjoying life n dont be stressed up in handling situation if in working arena .i wish all the best for u dad .love u

today was a first day for me in my life working ,especially as a cashier which deals with alot of money .i sleep at 3 am and wake up at 6.30am .it was really a tiring day .stand at the post for a long period of time .there was certain time wherby alot of people were using this petrol station which is located at the saujana impain infront of the giant supermarket .i was a total freshie and dont know what to do .im afraid shortage of money which the manager will blame on me n my salary will be less .it was really a good experiance to deal with especially alot of difrent people i met ,i was like blurr n relly stressed up doing the job ,arghhh .hard2

10th disember is my last paper for stpm but now its already 14 disember .its hard to admit that im missing you guys back there at school .you will always be my friends for eternity and you always be in my heart .theres alot of planing i want to do after stpm .one of it is ,i would like to clean up my room ,which curently look like a junkyard room,lol .then i juz feels like after stpm my schedule were going upside down mainly becoz alot of time wasted doing somthing that does not benefit.Today i sleep at 4am .mainly becoz suddenly my dad woke up and he looks hungry .so i decided to cook for him and ask him wether he had took his medicine or not ,he said not yet .so after eating which can be consider as breakfast haha my dad took his medicine and eat it .by that time i dont feels like to sleep .My eyes juz like a fish eye on that time .not that common sepeted eye lol .I think i would like to search for a job maybe just in kajang town .it better than just sit at home and doing nothing .

For young generation especially, life is so busy that they don't have time to cook or shop daily and this is the reason they prefer fast-food, or food that you can take home, reheat and eat.

And once you are going for store food, you are taking home lots of preservatives and food additives. How many people actually bother to check the labels on the food they eat to know what all they are taking into their bodies? More than that, how many people are aware of the things that they ingest unintentionally through the pesticides, coatings and much more that are put on the things they eat? These preservatives are part of your foodstuffs, and may present threats and dangers.

Dangerous or threatening additives include the colorings, preservatives, flavors, flavor enhances, sweeteners, texture agents and processing agents. As you can see the list is endless Details of these must be included on the labeling and can be identified with a little knowledge and some attention to the information provided by the manufacturer. Ideally, food that has no additives at all is to be preferred and especially if it is to be used to feed children. Far too many of our young are sensitized through these additives and this can lead to allergies and such conditions as Attention Deficit Disorder and Hyperactivity.

Additives you must avoid

1. Sodium Nitrate (also called Sodium Nitrite): This is a preservative, coloring, and flavoring commonly added to bacon, ham, hot dogs, luncheon meats, smoked fish, and corned beef. Studies have linked eating it to various types of cancer.

2. BHA and BHT: Butylated hydroxy anisole and butylated hydro zyttoluene are used to preserve common household foods. They are found in cereals, chewing gum, potato chips, and vegetable oils. They are oxidants, which form potentially cancer-causing reactive compounds in your body.

3. Propyl Gallate: Another preservative, often used in conjunction with BHA and BHT. It is sometimes found in meat products, chicken soup base, and chewing gum. Animals studies have suggested that it could be linked to cancer.

4. Mono sodium Glutamate (MSG) : MSG is an amino acid used as a flavor enhancer in soups, salad dressings, chips, frozen food, and restaurant food. It can cause headaches and nausea, and animal studies link it to damaged nerve cells in the brains of infant mice.

5. Trans Fats: Trans fats are proven to cause heart disease. Restaurant food, especially fast food chains, often serve foods laden with trans fats.

6. Aspartame: Aspartame, also known by the brand names Nutrasweet and Equal, is a sweetener found in so-called diet foods such as low-calorie desserts, gelatins, drink mixes, and soft drinks. It may cause cancer or neurological problems, such as dizziness or hallucinations.

7. Acesul fame-K: This is a relatively new artificial sweetener found in baked goods, chewing gum, and gelatin desserts. There is a general concern that testing on this product has been scant, and some studies show the additive may cause cancer in rats.

8. Food Colorings: Blue 1, 2; Red 3; Green 3; Yellow 6: Five food colorings still on the market are linked with cancer in animal testing. Blue 1 and 2, found in beverages, candy, baked goods and pet food, have been linked to cancer in mice. Red 3, used to dye cherries, fruit cocktail, candy, and baked goods, has been shown to cause thyroid tumors in rats. Green 3, added to candy and beverages, has been linked to bladder cancer. The widely used yellow 6, added to beverages, sausage, gelatin, baked goods, and candy, has been linked to tumors of the adrenal gland and kidney.

9. Olestra: Olestra, a synthetic fat found in some potato chip brands, can cause severe diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and gas. Olestra also inhibits healthy vitamin absorption from fat-soluble carotenoids that are found in fruits and vegetables.

10. Potassium Bromate: Potassium bromate is used as an additive to increase volume in some white flour, breads, and rolls. It is known to cause cancer in animals, and even small amounts in bread can create a risk for humans.

11. White Sugar: Watch out for foods with added sugars, such as baked goods, cereals, crackers, sauces and many other processed foods. It is unsafe for your health, and promotes bad nutrition.

12. Sodium Chloride: A dash of sodium chloride, more commonly known as salt, can bring flavor to your meal. But too much salt can be dangerous for your health, leading to high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure.

There is the added threat that may be posed by foods that contain genetically modified ingredients and this is particularly difficult in North America where there is, as yet, no mandatory labeling requirement.

The celery, cucumber, lettuce, cabbage and beans you buy will often have pesticide residue on them.
The apple, pear, pepper that looks so enticing and fresh are probably coated with paraffin wax.
The delicious looking grapes may well be carrying sulphates which are dangerous for some asthmatics.

The US Environmental Protection Agency at one time identified 24 chemical carcinogens that went right through the chain and ‘appeared' on the dinner plate. These were the herbicides, pesticides and fungicides so liberally applied through the growing process of plant foods.

Some safe food additives:

Maltodextrin. This is a thickening agent and sweetener made from starch. It's used in canned fruit, salad dressings, and instant puddings.
Sodium Carboxymethyl-Cellulose. Another thickener that also keeps sugar from crystallizing. You can find it in ice cream, beer, pie fillings, icings, diet foods, and candy.
Thiamin Mononitrate. A form of vitamin B-1 used to fortify cereals and flour.
Sucralose. Better known as Splenda. Used in some baked goods, frozen desserts, and diet soft drinks. CSPI says unfortunately, it's often used with acesulfame.
Colors: E101, E160 that contains vitamin B2 carotene and Vitamin A.
What can you do to protect yourself?

The safest thing to do is to avoid all foods that contain any additives whatsoever and this can most easily be accomplished by eating only those foods that have been organically produced and are certified as such by a reputable organic certification body.

This need not be any more expensive than buying any other kinds of food though, regrettably, many organic growers and suppliers have taken advantage of the situation and charge high premiums for the privilege of eating safe food. You may have to search around and ‘negotiate' but it is the very best and safest route if you are able to take it.

If the organic option is not available to you then you must learn as much as you can about the additives which are used, the ones that are the most threatening and dangerous and how to identify them in the foods you buy. Wash all fruit and vegetables as thoroughly as you can and peel apples, pears, potatoes etc., before eating or cooking. This does remove much of the goodness but at least it gets rid of the residues on the skins.
The threat of all these additives cannot be minimized. Children, especially, are at risk though there is an element of risk to everyone. Next time you're in the supermarket, look more closely at the labels and ask yourself whether you want these extras on your food.

im am feeling sad right now ,my brother had a disease which is his liver is in bad condition or should i say damage ,his spleen swell ,i dunno y .one thing i know his operation will be held on the 16 of november .i hope everything will be fine for him .he such a good brother ,having him makes alot of change especially for my parent .he helps alot in financial crisis n a good motivator .on the 16 of october he thought that his operation is on that day but he misseen the month there .but on that paticular day .the endoscopy test to view the internal features wether got any swell .small fibre optic camera were inserted into my brother mouth ,he said its really pain beacause theres no pain killer were given .then doctor show him the damage liver which mainly beacause of his hepetatits desase he had when his in form 4 .he thinks the disease were alredy cure ,but its getting worsen .i dont want to loose him .i hope everthing will be just find when the operation start .my family all worried for him ,but seems like he just act like nothing happen .hemphhh .why .

The Bio History of Michael Joseph Jackson began when he was born on the 29th of August 1958 in Gary, Indiana. He was the 7th of nine children. (brothers: Sigmund "Jackie", Toriano "Tito", Jermaine, Marlon, Steven "Randy", and sisters Rebbie, Janet and La-Toya Jackson

Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who formed in 1964. In these early years the Jackson 5, Jackie, Jermaine,Tito,Marlon and lead singer Michael played local clubs and bars in Gary Indiana and moving further afield as there talents grew and they could compete in bigger competitions. From these early days Michael would be at the same clubs as big talented stars of there days, such as Jackie Wilson and would be learning from them even back then. In 1968 the Bobby Taylor and The Vancouvers discovered the Jackson five and from there they got an audition for Berry Gordy of Motown Records. The Jackson 5 signed for Motown and moved to California. Their first 4 singles, "I Want You Back", "ABC", "The Love You Save", and "I'll Be There" all made US No1 hits. The Jackson 5 recorded 14 albums and Michael recorded 4 solo albums with Motown.

The Jackson 5 stayed with Motown until 1976, wanting more artistic freedom they felt they had to move on and signed up with Epic. The group name Jackson 5 had to be changed as it was owned by Motown, so they reverted to The Jacksons as they had be known in the early days. Brother Jermaine married Berry Gordy's daughter and stayed with Motown. Youngest brother Randy joined in his place. The Jacksons had a number of hit recordsand in total made 6 albums between the years of 1976 and 1984.

In 1977 Michael made his first film debut when he starred in the musical 'The Wiz' playing Scarecrow with Diana Ross in the lead role of Dorothy. It was at this time Michael met Quincy Jones who was doing the score for the film.

Michael teamed up with Quincey Jones as his producer for his first solo album with Epic Records. The album titled "Off The Wall" was a big success around the world and the first ever album to release a record breaking 4 No1 singles in the US.

In 1982 Michael Jackson released the world's largest selling album of all time, 'Thriller'. This album produced 7 hit singles, breaking yet again more records, and went on to sell over 50 million copies worldwide. Michael was keen to use music video or short films as he called them to promote his singles from the album. He worked with the best directors and producers, using the latest technology and special effects.for the hit song 'Billie Jean' The short film 'Thriller' used the latest make-up artists technolgy combined with fantastic dancing and cherography, to produce a 14 minute video, with a start, a middle and an ending. So successful was this video that 'The Making Of Michael Jackson's Thriller' became the world's largest selling home video combined with soaring album sales. In 1983 Michael performed the now legendary moonwalk for the first time on the 'Motown 25 years' anniversary show. This performance alone set Michael undoubtable into the realm of a superstar.

In 1984 Michael won a record breaking 8 Grammy awards in one night. The awards were for his work on the 'Thriller' album and his work on the narrative for the 'ET Storybook'.

On December 9th 1984 at the last concert of the Jackson's Victory Tour, Michael announced he was splitting from the group and going solo.

In 1987 Michael released his much awaited third solo album, titled 'Bad', and lauched his record breaking first solo world tour. 1988, Michael wrote his first autobiography talking for the first time on his childhood and his career. At the end of the 1980s Michael was named 'Artist Of The Decade' for his success off of his 'Thriller' and 'Bad' albums.

In 1991 Michael signed with Sony Music the largest ever recording contract and released his fourth solo album, 'Dangerous'. He toured world again in 1992, taking his concerts to countries that had never before been visited by a pop/rock artist. Also Michael founded the 'Heal the World Foundation' to help improve the lives of children across the world.

In 1994 Michael married Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of rock legend Elvis Presley. The marriage only lasted for 19 months, as they divorced in 1996.

1995 saw Michael release a fifth solo album, 'HIStory', which was a double album, first half new material and second half half greatest hits. Michael toured again over a legs covering a 2 year period. In between legs of the tour on November 14th 1996, Michael married for his second time to Debbie Rowe who was a nurse that Michael had met in the treatment of his skin pigment disorder. Together they had their first child Prince Michael Joseph Jackson jr born on February 13 1997 and a daughter Paris Michael Katherine Jackson born on April 3rd 1998. In 1997 Michael released the remix album 'Blood On The Dance Floor' which also contained 5 new song linked with a 38min film "Ghosts". This film Michael played 5 roles using the latest special effects and make-up artistry, combined with his dance and music.

In September, 2001 Michael celebrated his 30th anniversary as a solo artist with two concerts to be held in New York, USA. Many artists such as Whitney Houston, Usher, Destinys Child, Shaggy and many more performed there own and Michael Jacksons past songs. Michael then reunited with all of his brothers performed there biggest hits. Michael then went onto perform solo some of his biggest hits. In October 2001 Michael released the album 'Invincible' so far releasing only 2 singles including the big hit "You Rock My World". Since the release of this first single the album has been surrounded by rumours of a rift with Sony Music and a clear lack of promotion of the album.

22 may 1990 ,a boy named Farid was exist in this world,the existence of this boy was yet to be known .born in kajang but then transferred to kuala lumpur hospital because of some complication .mainly beacause im a premature baby and the call me blue baby because insufficient of oxygen comin in and they quickly send me to kl hospital , i was put inside a incubator and alot of wire or small hose were poked especially at my nose n chest .If there no quick action of the doctor maybe i wont be here to write this blog ,now im really appreciate life as what god had given me .THANKS DOCTOR for saving my life ,sobs .theres alot of thing happen actually ,one of it is ,when i was 6 years old my dad went to genting to spend quality time together me with my family haha ,play all the thing ,then theres one big snake look alike just like a slope ,i just decided to play it then 2 round 3 round but then i feels that ehh wheres my dad ,i just folement place ,luckily they announce to those who have lost their son .then after that day my dad wont let me to go to theme park like that before haha . holiday week juz started ,but for me no plans to go out yet ,juz stay at home like frog under the shell ,hehe ,then my friends decided to go to tgv .i dont know weather i want to go or not .alot of work need to do ,especially my unfinish plc n have to do all da revision for my stpm lorr ,shhh .next ,my father n my brother went to shah alam to settle up my brother regestretion problem for continue his study .sobs ,im miss da trip there ,got overslept ,hehe .
